Payment
At the point of checkout orders can be paid for with:
- Paypal (preferred) – a secure online method that allows you to pay using any major credit or debit.
- Cheque or postal order (takes longer) – once you have placed your order, please send a cheque or postal order payable to rYico for the total amount including postage to: rYico, Community Base, 113 Queens Road, Brighton, BN1 3XG. We will ship your order once we have cleared your payment.
Postage
We send all UK orders by Royal Mail First Class. The minimum charge for postage and packaging is £1.43.
Delivery
Orders will be dispatched within four days of payment being received. Shop4Rwanda is run entirely by volunteers so we are unable to guarantee a next-day service. You can specify a delivery address different to your own address. You will be asked for this information before you pay for your order.
U.K postage takes one to two days to arrive once we have posted your order.
International Orders
We send international orders using Royal Mail Airmail. Please select your products and proceed to the checkout to find the shipping cost. You can place international orders of up to 10kg, these will be shipped in separate 2kg packages. Orders will be dispatched within four days of payment being received.
Royal Mail delivers to Western Europe within three working days. Eastern Europe takes up to five days and all other international countries takes up to seven days. Royal Mail and shop4rwanda cannot be held responsible for delays to your parcels once they reach your country of destination. Any internal delays once the parcel is in your country is the responsibility of your own national postal system.
