Payment and Delivery

Payment

Orders can be paid for with:

• Paypal (preferred) - a secure online method that allows you to pay using any major credit or debit card
• Cheque or postal order (takes longer) - once you have placed your order, please send a cheque or postal order payable to rYico for the total amount. We will not ship your order until we have cleared your payment.

Postage

We send all UK orders by Royal Mail First Class. The minimum charge for postage and packaging is £1.43.

Delivery

Orders will be dispatched within four days of payment being received. Shop4Rwanda is run entirely by volunteers so we are unable to guarantee a next-day service.

You can specify a delivery address different to your own address. You will be asked for this information before you pay for your order.

International Orders

We now deliver worldwide! We usually send international orders using Royal Mail Airmail. Please select some products and proceed to the checkout to find the shipping cost. You can place international orders of up to 10kg, these will be shipped in separate 2kg packages.
